| A $450.00 reservation
deposit is required and will be used for your security deposit.
We prefer reservation deposits via PayPal,
personal check or money order. Your dates on the calendar get “penciled
in” with an e-mail. Once the reservation deposit and signed agreement are
received, your dates are blocked out on the calendar.
The rental balance payment is due at least
two (2) weeks prior to arrival via personal check or money order. After
that, certifed funds will be required. Visa / MC accepted under special
circumstances.
Your security deposit is mailed or transferred
back to you within 15 days, minus any damage or cleaning charges (if applicable).
The homes must be returned in the same
clean condition they are received to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Linens are included and will be laundered after your departure.
No smoking is permitted inside any of the
homes.
No pets are allowed, except at Salt Point.
